So the new repos are hosted here:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/kxstudio-debian/kxstudio/ubuntu/dists/
I still use Ubuntu Precise, I successfully updated my kxstudio-team PPA
to the new kxstudio-debian PPAs.

Replace <dist> by lucid, maverick, natty, oneiric, precise, quantal,
raring, or saucy
For example, in precise, jack2 version is 1.9.10~git20130908
