Hm, why not something like Hexter, a shell. You might have
different modes, which would represent sort of a tree structure only
shorter. I think in the old graphic, you could open some "parameter
pages" for certain areas of the synthesis. OK, that level would be
purely UI centered and just allow for different commands to be typed
and e.g. shown in the help or whatever. But I think it would still
be the fastest way to touch it all.
You have a lot of parameters, also, you have
different types (boolean,
int, real, list, etc.). You would need an easy way to tweak these
parameters and move from one area to the other (e.g envelopes to
oscillators). Perhaps a shell/dialogue combination would work.
