Is there a solution for his issue?
It would be possible to ask for the ID and then let the script edit the
file that will be used by aj-snapshot, before it runs aj-snapshot, but
IMO this is another bad extra effort.

Just want to let you know that I intend to look at this,
and see if I can filter out these port numbers.
But I don't know if I will find the time soon...
