Hi,
I want to archive very much LPs. Therefore I search a programm that is
able to start / stop the recording dependent from the input level. The
time period of the input level that triggers the recording to start/stop
should be adjustable (or very long - to avoid stop recording in silent
passages of a sond).
gramofile does this. It starts with a single big .wav file of a whole
side of the LP, and splits it into track by detecting the silences. It
also removes clicks and pops from the sound.
Thanks,
but I allready tried gramofile. Maybe I'm wrong but it doesn't have level
detection that triggers start / stop recording. So you have to start / stop
the recording manually.
And that's what I'm searching for. Not a programm that can detect silence for
splitting but to control recording.
