So if you created a directory to put the skins file (what name) and you
then moved the skins file there, disn't you need to edit the .cfg file
to tell Skale where it was?
(Like the last line where it says what the path to the file it? I tried
this, but it still didn't work.)

No path needed, i just created a directory where i unrar the archives
and i created a Skins folder inside where i put the Default.sks before
chmod u+x the binary and runnin it with ./Sk(a)le076wFixed.rh9
