High Petar,
you should update to ALSA 1.0.10. that helped me.
can you record with your card?
you can send me the complete amixer output offlist , if you want to.
Hello Conrad,
I tried installing alsa-drivers-1.0.10rc3 but after I ran alsaconf - a lot of
the kernel modules could not be loaded because of "unknown symbol" errors.
I'm running Fedora Core 3.
I configured the package without any limitations - pure ./configure; make;
make install
After running alsaconf I get:
---------------------
Loading driver...
Starting sound driver: snd-ice1724 FATAL: Error inserting snd_pcm

And in `dmesg` I have:

Have you met this case? I even uninstalled 1.0.10rc3 and moved back to
alsa-drivers 1.0.9 and it still had the same errors.
You can find the amixer output from my working ALSA 1.0.9 installation as an
attachment. Any ideas are appreciated.
