Please don't mix things guys. Professional is a
person who makes
something for living. Amateur (or hobbyist) is somebody who makes the
same thing just for fun. This has nothing to do with skills or experience.
Either way, your generalization is/was wrong, as a number of people on this
list do this for a living.
