It's just my Mozilla 1.4 doesn't work with Adobe's SVG Viewer :-) Another note. Are there any opensource tools to create

I don't think so... Then there really isn't anything for SWF either.
If you follow the links from Oasis and W3c you will find some pretty
hardcore tools.
