But drag'n'drop was invented by apple afaik. And I learned about dragging a
file from the "explorer" to word to open it back when I was using windows.
That is fairly standard on that platform. Or at least it should be if you
ever read the manual or attended a course. Or watched the ms advertisement
they had while win was installing...
If you ask for the geeky solutions, it would probably be a dbus call
like: "dbus org.qtractor tracks/1/loadsamplefromfile <filename>" :-)
