so in that case if i need to use a dynamic mic and one

Assuming by dynamic you do not mean ribbon, phantom power should not be an
issue, use xlr. If you are truly worried about it, there are transformers
or mic pres for a minimal cost. In general, phantom power is only an
issue with ribbon mics.
