Hi, have a look at www.keyboards.de and click on the Tux ;-) German Keyboards has published a bootable DVD that launches a Linux Audio Live CD featuring the complete series of audio apps that ship with SUSE 9.2 (including PD and SuperCollider). A HTML-document provides information and many links to demo scripts that start combinations of audio apps, including synths (ams, AEOLUS, ZynAddSubFX, PD, SuperCollider), Hydrogen, NoteEdit and JAAA. A complete sample recording session wired up with JACK and sent through JAMin is also provided as script. The DVD also includes Ardour, MusE and many other programs. BTW This DVD is also a video-DVD, suitable for playback in standalone DVD players. And it's the 20th anniversary edition of Keyboards. The magazine will ship on friday, 3. december.
