Most tarballs are missing configure or files needed to generate it so cannot
compile!
Fons' packages are using ready makefiles so just unpack the tarballs, change
directory into the unpacked folders and run:
make
and as root (or use sudo):
make install
One exception: cd into the source folder in the zita-dpl1 folder and run make
from there. You might also want to read the INSTALL file :-)
