excuses!
Another good excuse: ALSA misleadingly reporting "Invalid argument"
(EINVAL) instead of "No such file or directory" (ENOENT) -- the MIDI
source argument "64:0" isn't invalid; it's a correct reference to an
address that's currently not populated. At least that's how I see it,
and how the error message would perhaps be more helpful.
