Then you won't be happy with the battery powered irons I mentioned
most likely. They are definitely NOT built to last and typically I
hold them together with e-Tape before to long, but also keep in mind I
work in live entertainment and my tools do take a beating so someone
else taking better care of their tools may have better results.
But as I mentioned they are cheap enough to me I consider them
disposable personally. I can understand that not everyone feels this
way:)
