If its JACK2 you want to use, just enable a repo that has the version
you want (1.9.6 or .7 I presume), and do a "sudo apt-get install
jackd2". In this case configurability is beauty :)

I did that. After replacing JACK1 with JACK2, the avlinux-specific
package of Yoshimi wouldn't run at all.
