I just listened to the last version and yes, that does add something. But
now you might really try to pan the choir and the pad apart some more, to
improve some stereo width impression.
Something else, which has been getting clearer since this morning is the
idea, that the frequency balance might be enhanced by adding a fast arpeggio
sound (probably based on a simple synth brass), probably going in 16th or even
32nds, depending on your tempo. The apreggio going up through two or even
three octaves, then add some delay, but no reverb, that way it will be there
throughout the stereo spectrum wihtout adding to the depth, which already is
incredible. It's not too much, don't get me wrong.the depth right now is just
wonderful.
Well whatever you do, thanks for this piece. I must have missed the original
version of this.
