See LADSPA plugins. Or do you mean filter as in "MIDI event filter" ?
- Drumloops
- Midiloops
maybe Sooper Looper ? I haven't tested it yet for MIDI capabilities.
- Synth
ZynAddSubFX, amSynth, AMS, various VSTi plugins... I also hear good
things about Om but haven't tried it yet.
- Sampler
Linuxsampler, Specimen
