I am wondering why they are promoting it as *license
Free*.
I think what they mean is that embedded Linux can be royalty free.
It's probably a subtle distinction for most people, but I'd expect a
big distinction for most people on this list.
If you want to, you can email them at info(a)museresearch.com and point
out the existence of the GPL to the marketing team...
