Wanted to second this. Why not use Carla and load in your favorite eq
vst/clap/lv2/ladspa/etc? From there, you can save presets if needed, and
even load up more plugins if necessary. I use Carla in this way all of
the time for quick loading of dsp.

Depends a bit on how
"graphical" you want the EQ to be. Do you just want
to see its frequency response? Then perhaps use Reaper and its ReaEQ
plugin. Or use
http://x42-plugins.com/x42/ which has an EQ plugin. Fons
Adrieansen had an EQ program as well but I can't find it on
https://kokkinizita.linuxaudio.org/linuxaudio/ right now.
