They say that they emulates (or are modeling)
every resistor and capacitor
in 32C. This is more and more common everywhere. Look at Line6 Helix and
so on.>

A few things they probably don't emulate:
- ageing and failure
- thermal noise
- temperature dependence
- electromagnetic pickup
- crosstalk
- microphony
- dirty contacts
And why should these be less relevant than what actually is
emulated ?
