Normally, I would put this in /etc/modprobe.conf - but the device is
loaded not at startup, but instead by udev.
Just put the line
options snd-usx2y nrpacks=2
into the /etc/modprobe.conf file. How the module is loaded doesn't
matter, modprobe always reads this file.
