Do you know if the original works are still under copyright? In the EU
this means the author is still alive, or died after this day in 1934,
as I understand it.
#1 isn't. Xavier F. has been dead for over a 100 years I think.
so, do consider the music, performance and recording under CC
Attribution-ShareAlike type of license, the text is obviously public domain.
#2 & #3 are definitely still under copright.
#4 is a bit confusing. Vian's parts are still under copyright (I
can't recall who wrote that music) but the other bits are our own.
Easy to edit out the coprighted material :)
But then, we loose some charm ;)
