What is the error code in the system log?
Is there a USB hub involved?
No USB hub, connected directly. The error from the kernel is:
cannot submit datapipe for urb 4, err = -28
And nothing else. I have usb bandwidth turned off in the kernel. ALSA and OSS emu drivers
will playback sound. It is only a JACK issue.
