You could try the Tascam us122 which seems to work quite good. But usb has the
limitation suffering from having not many INs and OUTs because of bandwidth
or whatever.
Can anyone estimate which route--.. preamp plus
ac'97 card or the
outboard hardware would make my electric bass/guitar and acoustic guitar
tracks sound best right now?
I don't know exactly but these firewire interfaces don't work with linux yet.
There are some alpha drivers for some devices - it's called freebob.
Does anyone know about those wharfedale active studio
montitors?
