if you are making it for someone else to listen to, you are saying something,
even if without intention because you do not understand what it is you are saying.
if you are not making it for someone else to listen to, I'm not convinced it is
music ... but that is much more debatable, and that debate is only about the
definition we are using for words like art and music.
