This company (based in NL) "Build To Order". I don't know if they
explicitly support linux OOTB, but with care I think its possible to build
a system supported by 100% floss.
I have not bought or had any direct dealings with this company, and I
suggest investigating / asking existing-customers about their products
before buying.
