FWIW I am running RME's hdsp that way and it's heck of a lot cheaper
than buying RME's "certified" hdsp PCI card (mine cost ~$100 for a
2-slot cardbus).

Subject: [linux-audio-user] PCI-PCMCIA adapter + vxpocket
Has anyone successfully used a pci-pcmcia converter to let them use
cardbus
sound via pci? I've got a vxpocket, and I certainly can't afford to
shell
out
$2-300 for another soundcard. Would using a converter be a suitable
solution?
Thanks
