That's how the workd should be :-) Any society worth living
in is in the end based on trust.
The problem with the IOT is that poor security, resulting
in Things being assimilated in botnets, affects neither the
seller nor the user. It's an 'externalised' risk. Which in
turn means that market forces won't fix the problem. Unless
those selling (and IMHO also those using) these Things are
made accountable for the damage they cause as a result of
careless design and/or use.
