Actually, I'm surprised that you guys hadn't
noticed: The jacket had
already been struck by lightning.
ah, thus the smell coming out of my modem :) .
More sincerely, during the last thunderstorms I didn't pull my plugs. Seems I
should better make it a habit again. Hope the loss of some hardware does not
hurt you too much.
