Both are good on there own. I miss at least some of
the acoustic bass
on the remix after hearing it in the first though. If I hadn't heard
the first one the remix would sound fine though. The remix feels
sparser to me and I like that. So both are interesting, just don't
compare one to the other, each has good points.
Thanks. I originally planned to have the acoustic bass and guitar in
the remix and then dropped the idea, for some reason in which laziness
can play a role. There are so many variations that can be done, it's not
that easy to settle on one. Not to mention plain tonality variations in
mixing the same tracks in different ways, without rearranging anything.
