Had to edit some files in the earlier rt-kernels, but from least the
version I'm using (and yours is newer), that isn't necessary anymore.
Using the regular nvidia-drivers. Version 304.48 if that matters.

What is the problem with the nvidia-driver? I'm on Gentoo, so should
be fairly similar to Arch, and I haven't had to patch or otherwise do
anything special with the nvidia-driver to get it installed. Running
3.4.3-rt11.
Even the nvidia-rt from the AUR Arch repository doesn't work on my
machine. Usually you need to fake the licence for the realtime patch or
you need to edit a header for the proprietary driver, both never worked
for me.
