Hello all,
I have what might seem like a silly question, but I really want to go to LAC this year
(every LAC is such a blast and really brings me tons of creative energy).
In the past couple of years, I have found out I have celiac disease, meaning I can't
eat any gluten at all, or risk major health problems.
So, my question is: are there any gluten-free kitchens in Lyon? And also, does anyone
here have any other ideas when it comes to traveling to places that don't have gluten
free kitchens what kinds of things I can do to make sure I eat well? When it comes to
traveling within my country, I can pack a cooler and take prepped meals, but when it comes
to international travel, I don't have any idea what to do, and I don't come from a
family who traveled a lot.
Thank you all for your suggestions,
Brandon Hale
Don't know about gluten-free in Lyon, but there were a growing number of vegan
restaurants in France last time we were there - in 2005. They might offer gluten-free
options.
Here are some DuckDuckGo search results:

Hope that helps!
