What do others do?
When I get a new computer, I install Debian.
Once.
Same here. Coming from Debian it's hard to see what all the upgrading
fuss is about.
it is often annoying the way debian updates 'block' eachother, and how it wll
itnerrupt the update process to request some input on configuration. and the occasions
where it gets into uninstallable sitautions due to the odd file overwrite issue.. that and
wanting to mix and match repos to get everything meaning yuo are stuck in dependency hell,
and end up having half your system as LFS. but i digress. some people stll like debian
despite all this, since they think compiling is for 'ricers'..
Best,
Chris.
