Hi Dmitry,
1. Where it is better to buy a notebook [](webshops
are ok, if they
can deliver to the hotel).
I am not 100% sure about this, but I think it might be difficult to
get a notebook with a non-DE keyboard layout if you don't order in
advance. At least in Spain this is certainly the case. Something to
keep in mind.
