Hell, when did Julius O. Smith 3rd of the name put this book
(and the three others on the website) online?
Dunno, his blog on dsprelated is from 2008. The last revision of PASP is
from dec 2010 - BTW. it includes a detailed analysis of Fons' zita-rev1
(!) and has a couple of references to FAUST.
A must-read for every audio hacker out there!
yes they are. They're all linked in the section "Online Books" at
https://ccrma.stanford.edu/~jos/pubs.html
http://www.dsprelated.com/dspbooks/sasp/Book_Series_Overview.html
gives a neat overview of what is covered in each book and illustrates
the dependencies.
Kudos to Julius Orion Smith III. It's a very very very nice thing to
make those available on-line! Heck, he even published and documented the
LaTeX templates to make those books (html & pdf). If the LAC2012 is
taking place at Stanford: let's all buy him a beer :)
