Actually, he specifically forbade not only heavy metal, but also new-age
music. Never been able to figure that one out, but I suppose any music
without lyrics is incapable of being droolingly religious, or
maybe "new-age" means something different in Jesustan.
We had a discussion on that some years ago here. Paul Nasca has removed
this exception from his zynadd-site. It also was nothing but a statement
on the website, not a part of the licensing. In a license-text you do
not say "please do/not" but "you do/not HAVE to".
So such requests are perfectly OK for me - if I cannot/do not want to
apply, I do not apply(whithout breaking the real license-terms).
