You have a bunch of OSS modules loaded, don't do that:

Pardon me, but what does that mean?
OSS was the old sound system used before ALSA, it's incompatible with
ALSA.
Your distro's init scripts would not do this on their own, unless it's a
truly ancient distro. Probably someone added "uart401" to the list of
modules loaded in a misguided attempt to get MIDI working.
