hmm, i even tried with 2*16. no xruns caused by the test program
[although i do get some xruns, but these are unrelated to jack client
startup or shutdown].
I seem to remember this having to do with reordering the graph of
clients, so you should try it with a bunch of clients already connected
and working, probably one client will not trigger the problem.
