Please NEVER do this again.
It appears that since being taken over by Murdoch the hosting agent has
re-written the contract terms with unbelievable rights claims. They now
claim copyright on EVERYTHING posted, including all text, pictures and
music. They also reserve the right to modify re-post and even sell all
material they host, without notifying you. This applies even after you
take down the material yourself - so presumably they archive everything.
In most parts of the world such contract terms can not be made
retrospective so presumably anything put on there before the Murdoch
takeover is safe...ish. However, do you fancy a legal battle with that
organisation?
Can you provide substantiation to this claim?
