I use a bash script. It's just a nested loop. One loop keeps track
of the time interval between breaks. The other loop pops up PDFs of
stretching routines to do during the breaks.
Cheerio...

Anyone using a software timer to remind about
taking punctual breaks ?
If so, which one ?
OK, on the software side I found workrave, which works on Windows and
Linux and is quite simple. A slight problem with the modern KDE tray
icon as it does not interact, but it shows on the task bar and clicking
on it brings it up with the ability to then right-click and access
parameters.
I tried Kalarm but that bugger brings in a whole lot of totally
unneeded processes.
OTOH, if your wife/girlfriend is there EVERY hour for the recommended
health-break-while-working ... it might be a good or bad thing.
Depends.
