I have totally forgotten how I did manage to get midi
work in Mandriva
2006, and now I am using Mandriva 2007. Multimedia kernel with realtime
capabilities is installed, and audio's fine. But when I start qjackctl,
midi stays disabled.
I got the very same problem after upgrading to mandriva 2007. I
installed the new version of qjackctl from sources (0.2.21) and it
improved the midi tab.
