Alternatively each app should
contain intelligence that gives the user the option of
available Sound Servers?
That's the problem: Writers of applications could make them
somehow intelligent, making auto decicions where possible and
ask the user where necessary.
But this does not happen due to the lack of time. And new
fetures in an app are always more interesting than startup
intelligence, isn't it ;-) ?
