Check your soundcard docs, one of red or white is spdif "in" and the
other is "out".
If there is any sense in the coloring, red in the input ('record')
while white is the playback. Cheap soundcards with only
spdif-playback tend to use a yellow connector.
Sorry so late ... I can't find anything regarding 'in' vs 'out', but
manufacturers seem to agree when there is only 'out', that it is yellow
or even orange.
