Sorry. The audio interface "hw:0"doesn't support either of the two
hardware
sample formats that jack can use. ALSA: cannot configure capture channel

So I suspect that I have to see "creating alsa driver ...
hw:0|1024|2|44100|swmon" when I specify -r44100, but output stops at
"loading driver .."
Is this with the imic?
It occurs to me that you should only be using capture with JACK.
ie. jackd -v -d alsa -d hw:0 -C
Otherwise if the device can support duplex operation you should contact
the alsa-devel list with details AFAIK all modern devices support 44100.
