oh, man... i just noticed that the card doesn't receive any singnal what
so ever on this box (my laptop, on which i'm trying to get it work)....
on my main computer i actually got the card to make sound. wohoo! it
seems there's something wrong with usb configuration on my lappy then..
or something. sorry for wasting your time..

Those steps are contiguous and should commanded by the alsa/hotplug
binding scripts. Most important then, you need fxload, alsa-tools and
alsa-firmware packages correctly installed.
