Changes are:
- Use pkg-config correctly (--libs-only-l and --libs-only-L instead of
--libs)
- Require QtCore >= 4.2 per pkg-config to circumvent api-changes from
Qt4.1 to Qt4.2...
- Adopt INSTALL and similar gnu-files to the new buildsystem.
