I use csound5 with my AMD 64 and have no problems, but I'm using regular
gentoo.

work fine *except* that it doesn't generate proper wave files. Looking
at the raw data in audacity, it appears the header is there, but
possibly incorrect (test.wav: RIFF (little-endian) data is what the
file command reports). The actual sound data in the file looks okay.
Anyone have any ideas? Couldn't find anything in the ubuntu bugzilla.
