Hi,
What I would like to see on Linux, is a software like Synthedit but to
create some LV2 Synth or Effects. It would be fantastic and a very easy way
to create plugins for people like me who don't know about C or C++ code ...
:p

http://galan.sourceforge.net/ has some of the features of synthedit, I
am sure the interface is not the same, but you can plug together
various generators, filters, and logic, and create graphic knobs,
switches, sliders, and text boxes to control them. For that matter you
can do most of those things in pd too (but galan is a little more
non-programmer friendly).
