No, it should be showing as "CS46XX". Fortunately, it does. :-)
So maybe anything Alsa,jack, etc. tries to route to
CS46XX just
goes into the "bit bucket"?
Anything sent to this port should go to the Sound Canvas.
Does "aplaymidi -p 64:0 something.mid" work?
