Actually I'd quite like 1 CD of well tested and integrated stuff
plus 6 CDs of random binaries, and that's pretty much what you
get with SuSE. I'm less keen on it now I have a broadband
connection, but it was a very good choice when I used a modem.
At the time of SuSE 8.1, I think Paul Davis was
specifically asking
people not to distribute binaries, which is fair enough.
